The materials displayed on this website, including all editorial materials, information, photographs, illustration, artwork and other graphic materials, and names, logos and trademarks, are the property of Australia Post and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Any such content may be displayed and printed solely for your personal and non-commercial use. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate any such material to any third party without the prior written consent of Australia Post. Australia Post does not grant any licence or right in, or assign all or part of, its intellectual property rights in the content or applications incorporated into the website or in the user interface of the website.
Accuracy
Care has been taken to ensure that the products and descriptions of them on this site are accurate. We do not, however, promise or represent that it is accurate or free from errors or omissions and we reserve the right to make any necessary corrections. You should enquire with us directly to ensure the accuracy and currency of the material you seek to rely upon.
Buyers
You may buy goods offered online by us by completing the order form available on our website. To buy goods via our website, you must be at least 18 years of age. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that all information you provide is accurate, complete and not misleading.
You agree to deal with us in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. We may cancel orders where we consider that you have not dealt with us in good faith or have otherwise breached applicable laws, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and credit your credit card account for the amount charged, less delivery charges and applicable taxes and duties, at our discretion.
Orders
You must register with our website to be able to make purchases from our online store. Once you submit an order, you cannot cancel it. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, at our discretion.
Special offers
We may provide special offers in relation to our goods from time to time. At any time, we may terminate any special offer without advance notice. If terminated, a special offer will continue to apply to goods you ordered in good faith in accordance with these Terms before the special offer was terminated.
Discounts
We offer discounts on our products from time to time, this discount does not apply to already discounted products or value packs. The discount given is for full priced items only.
Prices
All prices are in Australian dollars. Prices include GST unless indicated otherwise but exclude delivery charges and customs duty and other taxes, if applicable. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment
The full payment for your order (including the product price and applicable delivery charges) is deducted from your credit card on completion of your order. Delivery will commence once payment has been processed/validated. We accept payment by Afterpay, Klarna, Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card details are processed using at least SSL 128 bit encryption and are not stored by us.
Large transactions may involve additional screening and we will require confirmation on key details before we proceed to fill the order. In this event, we will contact you. In some cases this may delay your order by a short period.
Errors
From time to time there may be errors on our website such as wrong pricing, wrong descriptions and offers for products that are not available or are no longer available. Despite anything else in these Terms, to the extent legally permitted, we may decline or cancel any orders that are affected by the error, even if the order has been confirmed and a credit card charged. If your credit card is charged for the purchase and we cancel the order, we will notify you and credit your credit card account for the amount charged.
Availability
All goods are offered for sale subject to available stock. If an item is out of stock, we may contact you to offer a substitute. If you do not accept a substitute item and your credit card has been charged for an item that is out of stock, we will cancel your order and issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount charged. If you order goods and some are not in stock, you agree that we may fill that part of your order for which stock is available.
Delivery/Shipping

We usually post items within a day of receiving the order.
Order Confirmation
On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout to confirm your order.
Where is my order confirmation?
If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam.
Please contact us by phone or email with your full name and order number and we will confirm your order.
Australia
All items are sent from our Gold Coast head office in Carrara, QLD. We endeavour to process orders within 1-2 full business days and aim to have items delivered to you within 3 to 7 business days from your order submission. We post orders for a flat fee of $9.95 anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. We also offer an Express Post option for $12.95. Orders that arrive to us by 2 pm Eastern standard time will be shipped the same day.
All other Countries
To most countries we dispatch orders within 24 hours by Australia Post Airmail and it will arrive within 5-10 working days. If orders are under 2kg and shipped to countries where Pack and Track is available then we will send you a confirmation for tracking once your order has been processed.
Please be advised that during sale periods, the free shipping threshold may be disabled.
During Sale Periods
During sale periods, a flat-rate shipping fee applies for all Australian orders. Standard shipping is offered at a rate of $12.95, while express shipping is available for $15.95. Please note that free shipping cannot be provided during sale events due to the applied discounts. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to providing you with a smooth shopping experience.
Postage Protection
When you select priority processing, your order receives expedited handling to ensure prompt dispatch. If you place your order before 2 PM on a business day, it will be dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be dispatched on the following business day. This service prioritises your order in our processing queue, reducing the time it spends in our facility and getting it to the postal service as quickly as possible.
Postage protection provides comprehensive coverage for your packages during transit. This service safeguards against any loss, theft, or damage that might occur while your package is en route to you. The coverage takes effect as soon as your package leaves our facility and continues until it is officially marked as delivered by the designated postal service. This ensures peace of mind, knowing that any issues during transit will be promptly addressed, and your investment is protected until the package reaches your doorstep.

Return Policy
Return & Exchange Policy – Store Credit Only
At Pet Drs, we strive to ensure that you and your pets are satisfied with every purchase. However, we understand that there may be situations where you need to return a product. Please read our return policy carefully:
Returns for Store Credit Only
We do not offer refunds for returned products. Instead, all approved returns will be issued as store credit, which can be used toward future purchases.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
- Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process a return.
What to Do If There Is an Issue with Your Product
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. In such cases:
- You may be required to provide photos or other proof of the issue.
- If we determine the product is faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or store credit for the value of the original item.
How to Process a Return
- Contact our Customer Service Team at fetch@petdrs.com.au with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the product back to us.
- Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will issue store credit to your account for the amount of the original purchase (excluding shipping costs).
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, simply return the product for store credit and use it to place a new order.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Privacy Policy
All information provided to Pet Drs is kept confidential and used simply for the processing of your orders. No emails or personal information is provided to any third party.
Security
For your safety, we never store or even see your credit card details. They are sent directly to our bank and erased at the end of the transaction.
Please check that the 'padlock' icon in your browser is active when you checkout. This indicates an encrypted connection which means that third parties cannot intercept your data in transit.
Damage
If you receive any goods in a damaged condition, we may issue you a credit in the amount paid for the goods or send replacement goods at our discretion if you notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may ask you to provide proof of the damage, as a condition of refund or replacement.Product warranties
To the extent legally permitted, we exclude all conditions, warranties, guarantees and similar, whether express or implied, as to the condition, suitability, quality, fitness or safety of any goods or services supplied by us (Warranties), other than those implied by statute which may not be legally excluded. Any liability we may have to you under Warranties implied by statute which cannot be excluded is limited, where expressly permitted by statute, to supplying, or paying the cost of supplying, the goods or services again or repairing, or paying the costs of repairing, the goods, at our option.
Limitation of liability
To the extent legally permitted, in no event will we be liable to any party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages of any type whatsoever related to or arising from the supply of goods or services via this website or the use of such goods or services by any person, including, without limitation, any lost profits or savings, damage to or loss of property or personal injury (including death), even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion and waiver of liability applies to all causes of action, whether based on contract, warranty, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theories. To the extent that the above exclusion of liability is unenforceable, invalid or ineffective for any reason, it will be severed from these Terms and our maximum aggregate liability for all losses, damages and other amounts referred to in the above exclusion of liability under any cause of action referred to in the above exclusion of liability is limited to AUD$5.00.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold us, our officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors and suppliers harmless from and against all losses, expenses, claims, proceedings, damages and costs (including actual, special, direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary or consequential) of every kind and nature made by any other party due to or arising out of any violation of these Terms, any terms and policies it incorporates by reference, the rights of another party, any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation or due to or arising out of any activity related to goods and services supplied by us.

We may alter these Terms from time to time by posting the altered version on our website. You should visit the website regularly to keep up to date with any alterations. In the case of an alteration, the altered Terms only apply to goods ordered via the website after the alteration takes effect.
Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the law of QLD, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of QLD and its appellate courts. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (Vienna Sales Convention 1980) does not apply.
