Yes! All of our products are suitable and safe to be used on Cats.
If your pet does happen to lick the cream off, you do not have to worry as our products are all lickable safe!

It is inevitable that your pet might enjoy the taste of the cream! If you are applying the cream on their paws we recommend putting a sock over their paw for at least 15 minutes to allow it to soak into their skin before they lick it off. If you have a small dog you can check out our doggie socks, or if you own a large dog we recommend using a child sock! 

If you are applying the cream to another part of their body, we recommend just trying to distract them for at least 15 minutes to allow the cream to soak into the skin. If this is not possible, we recommend using an Elizabethan Collar to allow the area to heal!


Yes, absolutely! Mega Oil is a great way to kickstart and maintain amazing general health for your pup! We suggest starting with half the recommended dose to allow your puppy's gut to get used to it and then increase from there! Always check with your animal health professional for further advice.

As every pet is very different (breed, shapes, sizes), giving you one set time frame would be inaccurate.We recommend staying consistent with the products to get the best results!

We sure do! Try mixing the supplements (including Mega Oil) into your pets favourite soft food. Some of these could include greek yogurt, peanut better or sardines. 

Safe use in pregnant animals or animals intended for breeding has not been proven. 

Please consult with your veterinarian if you have any concerns.

Shipping Processing Time 

All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

All items are sent from our Gold Coast head office in Nerang, QLD AUSTRALIA. Orders that arrive to us by 2 pm Eastern standard time will be shipped the same day. We endeavor to have items delivered to you within 3 to 7 business days from your order submission. 

We post orders for a flat fee of $9.95 anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. Free shipping if you spend $69.00. We also offer an Express Post option for $12.95 which is guaranteed next day delivery to all major cities. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All orders are tracked under 2 kg however if your order is over 2kg we cannot offer tracking.

To most countries we dispatch orders within 24 hours by Australia Post Airmail. If orders are under 2kg and shipped to countries where Pack and Track is available then we will send you a confirmation for tracking once your order has been processed.

Please be careful to type in your correct address as we cannot be responsible for packages being sent to the wrong location. We trust that you have checked this over before you purchased your products! 

How do I return a product?

Pet Drs have a customer satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with a product(s) you have purchased online, we will happily organise a refund or exchange. Simply contact via phone or email explaining whether you want a refund or exchange for the product(s) and a reason for the return or exchange.

This should be done within 30 days of receipt and the product(s) must be substantially unused. Please note that the refund covers the cost of our products and not delivery charges. If the purchase was made using Credit Card, AfterPay or Paypal we will deduct any fees incurred from the refund. 
When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event the parcel goes missing in transit.

I have received a damaged product, what can I do?
If you receive any goods in a damaged condition, we may issue you a credit in the amount paid for the goods or send replacement goods at our discretion if you notify us within 7 days of the delivery date. We may ask you to provide proof of the damage, as a condition of refund or replacement.

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard and Visa. We also accept payment by PayPal. If you decide to use this method, you’ll be taken to the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Duty and Taxes on Overseas Shipments 

The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred by your country of origin. Orders we send outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient and unfortunately we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies do vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for more information on this matter.

On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout to confirm your order.

Where is my order confirmation?

If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam. All confirmation emails are sent from fetch@petdrs.com.au

We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. We typically only cancel orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to cancel. Please accept our apologies if your order is canceled because of a problem at our end. We’ll always offer an alternative product and process your refund in full, as quickly as possible.

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via fetch@petdrs.com.au, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

In the rare event that your order arrives and it is not what you had ordered, it is damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via fetch@petdrs.com.au with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.
