Yes! All of our products are suitable and safe to be used on Cats.
If your pet does happen to lick the cream off, you do not have to worry as our products are all lickable safe!

It is inevitable that your pet might enjoy the taste of the cream! If you are applying the cream on their paws we recommend putting a sock over their paw for at least 15 minutes to allow it to soak into their skin before they lick it off.

If you are applying the cream to another part of their body, we recommend just trying to distract them for at least 15 minutes to allow the cream to soak into the skin. If this is not possible, we recommend using an Elizabethan Collar to allow the area to heal!

As every pet is very different (breed, shapes, sizes), giving you one set time frame would be inaccurate. We recommend staying consistent with the products to get the best results!

Yes! We actually recommend to store the Hot Spot Gel in the fridge as this helps to enhance its cooling properties!

If your pet’s skin is visibly weeping, red and inflamed (like a hotspot) we recommend the gel. If your pet’s skin looks more like a rash and they can’t stop licking, scratching and biting at their skin then we suggest the Derma cream!

We recommend applying the Hotspot gel twice daily to the affected area, (you can apply more if your pet is severe), once in the morning and once just before bedtime.

Place in the fridge to allow the gel to cool and it will add a nice cooling effect to their skin.

The difference between these two blends is the strength.

For general wellbeing we would recommend the Gut & Immunity.

On the other hand, for dogs that are experiencing extreme digestive upset and iscomfort, we would recommed the Prebiotic & Probiotic.

Prebiotic & Probiotic should be used daily in times of extreme digestive upset and discomfort.

This may include when your dog has been on antibiotics, is experiencing gastrointestinal issues, or when they just need to restore intestinal balance.

Note: in periods of gut discomfort double the dose for the first 5 days.

No, it does not need to be stored in the fridge!

Pet Drs Prebiotic & Probiotic contains freeze-dried probiotics. This process involves freezing the probiotic bacteria at extremely low temperatures and then removing the moisture through a process called sublimation.

Freeze-drying helps preserve the viability and effectiveness of the probiotic bacteria by keeping them in a dormant state. The absence of moisture prevents bacterial growth and reduces the risk of degradation, allowing the probiotics to remain stable and active until consumed. When consumed, these freeze-dried probiotics rehydrate and become metabolically active in the gut, contributing to the maintenance of a healthy gut microbiome.

On top of this, we have micro-encapsulated our bacteria which serves as a protective barrier until it reaches the lower gastrointestinal tract.

Try mixing the supplements (including Mega Oil) into your pet's favourite soft food.

Some of these may include greek yogurt (unsweetened), peanut butter or sardines.

Yes, most definitely!

We suggest starting with half the recommended dose to allow your puppy's gut to adjust to the nutrients, and then increase from there. 

Always check with your veterinarian for further advice. 

This product may contain ingredients your pet has probably never eaten before, which may cause a bit of gastrointestinal upset. If this does occur, we recommend feeding only half the recommended dose for their weight and monitoring. This will give the product time to adjust to their stomach first!

If you have bought more than one of our supplements, you can definitely combine use of them!

When mixing with the other supplements we recommend spacing them out throughout the day (one in the morning, one at night etc) or if you intend to feed them at the same time then we recommend halving the dose of each one. This will just ensure there is no risk of gastrointestinal upset!

Mega Oil is formulated with some amazing natural ingredients that contain important essential fatty acids such as omegas 3, 6 & 9 to keep your pet's gut healthy and strong. Please allow at least 5-10 days (depending on the size of your dog) for Mega Oil to get into your pet's body and start working its magic! 

Refrigerate Mega oil once it has been opened to keep the product fresh and prevent it from going off quicker.

For best results, we recommend feeding Mega Oil once daily! Irregular use of the product may affect the results of the product.

Yes, absolutely! Mega Oil is a great way to kickstart and maintain amazing general health for your pup! All orders are processed within 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. 

All items are sent from our Gold Coast head office in Nerang, Queensland. Orders that are placed by 1 pm Eastern standard time will be shipped the same day. We endeavour to have items delivered to you within 3 to 7 business days from your order submission. 

We post orders for a flat fee of $9.95 anywhere in Australia using Australia Post. Free shipping if you spend $95.00. We also offer an Express Post option for $12.95.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. 

Please be careful to type in your correct address as we cannot be responsible for packages being sent to the wrong location. Pet Drs have a customer satisfaction policy. 

If you are not satisfied with a product(s) you have purchased online, we will happily organise a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. 

Simply contact via phone or email explaining whether you want a refund or exchange for the product(s) and a reason for the return or exchange.

This should be done within 30 days of receipt and the product(s) must be substantially unused. Please note that the refund covers the cost of our products and not delivery charges. If the purchase was made using Credit Card, AfterPay or Paypal we will deduct any fees incurred from the refund. When returning goods, please keep proof of return in the event the parcel goes missing in transit. 

We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Orders we send outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient and unfortunately we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be. Customs policies do vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for more information on this matter.

On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address you entered at checkout to confirm your order.

If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order then you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Another reason you may not have received the email is if your ISP flagged our confirmation email as spam. All confirmation emails are sent from fetch@petdrs.com.au

Please contact us by phone or email with your full name and order number and we will confirm your order.

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via fetch@petdrs.com.au, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

In the rare event that your order arrives and it is not what you had ordered, it is damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via fetch@petdrs.com.au with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

If you decide to use this method, you’ll be taken to the PayPal website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment.
