Shipping & Delivery 

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2 business days.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  

Order Confirmation

On receipt and full payment of an order, an email confirmation will be sent to the email address
you entered at checkout to confirm your order.
If you did not receive a confirmation email within a few minutes of successfully placing your order,
you can contact us by email with your full name and order number and we will confirm your order.

Address Changes

Please ensure that your address is entered correctly before placing order.
We cannot be responsible for packages being sent to the wrong location.
Once an order has been placed, we can no longer correct the address.

Shipping Timeframes

Please note the advised timeframes are estimates only.
In some circumstances, parcels may take longer than the advised delivery times.
This may be due to large volumes of orders during peak periods,
weather conditions, or postal service issues.

Returns

For all returns, please contact fetch@petdrs.com.au to arrange.

If your parcel is returned due to an 'insufficient address', due to being 'unclaimed', or due to 'refusal during delivery', a refund will only be processed for the items and will exclude any shipping fees paid.

Please note, all parcels returned due to 'refusal' will also incur a $10 postage fee which will be
deducted from your refund amount. 

Duties & Taxes

The purchaser is responsible for any customs, duties or taxes incurred by your country of origin.
Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees that are levied by the destination country.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country.
 Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient and unfortunately we have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs policies do vary widely from country to country and you should contact your local customs office for more information on this matter.
