How often should I wash my pet with Pet Drs Shampoo?
We recommend washing your dog once every 2-3 weeks (if not visibly dirty & smelly). This is so you don’t strip the natural oils from their skin.
Although our Shampoo is gentle on the skin and doesn’t intentionally strip the oils from their skin, washing them too often with any shampoo can be potentially be detrimental to their skin health.
Consult with your veterinarian for further advice.
Does your Shampoo have a strong smell?
The great thing about our Shampoo is that it has a very mild but nice hint of Manuka Honey and Coconut scent! Our Shampoo doesn’t contain harsh perfume smells (and although they do smell nice) we wanted to keep our shampoo as natural and clean as possible!
